OUTSTANDING Food, Service, waitresses were ALWAYS available and taking customers requests. Food is unbelievable- so good, lots of choices and availability's. Choose your meats, veggies, soup etc ... and it's a buffet. They DO have a 2 hour MAX stay but that is good practice. My mom is turning 87 years YOUNG next Tuesday 12/5 and we celebrated her early birthday in style. They even sang for her and gave her ice cream treat. Thank you ALL for making it a great day for us and especially mom! We live in Lancaster CA and drive down monthly to help mom out at her house. What a GREAT opportunity it was to have dinner at a new place; one that takes EXCEPTIONAL pride for their customers. Good sized place there is a ton of ventilation too. Seating is set up in a square like matter along the restaurant walls with tables strategically placed in the middle. This places is always packed best time to come is early dinner hours like 4 pm. Services is always good attentive and ready to bring you more. I've been here a handful of times and it's always very consistent favorite thing to get is the beef chuck, brisket and pork belly. I can't speak for any of the seafood as it's not my preference. This is a all you can eat with a two hour limit. Pretty standard for kbb. You cook your own food. There is an open flame so must be careful since it is a hot surface It would definitely be harder for them to accommodate groups bigger than 6 I imagine during their busy hours it would be even worse. Sweet spot for their seating style is 4-6 still very good place of course for couples or for individuals As far as after math there is ice cream dessert and it's really good! You end up smelling like BBQ after wards as well. I don't recommend wearing lighter or white colors due to the grease/ oils that may fly up like when you normally cook. Yes. Rarely! oil droplets may fly up on your skin and slightly burn but, it is to be expected when cooking on a hot grill which is just under a foot away from you. A long sleeve helps with that though This is the only place I would personally recommend for KBB in the valley. the value is pretty good for what you get compared to others places out in bigger city areas

31/2 to 4 stars is just about right depending on your expectations. The atmosphere and service is nice and the crowd is young which is very unusual for the desert! I think the young people like all you can eat for 29.95. At first we were not happy with the brown and wilted salad they plopped down with the kimchee, seaweed salad , and something that tasted fishy. We sent it all away. However, the meats were pretty good and we really enjoyed the veggies. The ice cream was really good too. I also liked the pot stickers. For the desert I guess were just happy to have some ethnic places to go. To make the meats better it would have been nice to have some seasoning on each one. Only the chicken teriyaki had a sauce on it. All and all I think we would return.

This restaurant is a bit hidden and a short drive away from Palm Springs, but it is definitely worth the drive from Palm Springs to La Quinta. If you are going for dinner, I suggest you arrive between 4:40 pm and 5:45 pm or after 7:00 pm. Good quality meats, sides and they have two dinner options; A and B. A is only $29.99 and B is $34.99 per person. A is good enough and it includes great choices. The customer service is excellent and the ambiance is very casual and friendly. Great dinning experience, would definitely visit again if I'm in town.
